Exeter, NH — Chase Conlon, two-year Spartan, to join Spartan team mate at Salem State University, for the fall of 2023.

The ’02 defenseman from Anchorage, Alaska was a beast on the Spartan blue-line and played in every situation.

“Chase was a defenseman that we could use in every situation,” said Coach Brett Tryder. He does a lot of things at a very high level. He was one of the leaders of our team, setting the bar, on and off the ice.”

I enjoyed my time at Seacoast mainly because of Coach Tryder and Coach Walker, as well as the opportunities that came forth. Seacoast has made me a better player and person in addition to opening up the college pathway for me at Salem State. I am very excited about my next for years at Salem, and I look forward to playing for a team with a great hockey history and culture. Thank you to everyone at Seacoast for the past two seasons!

Tryder continued,” Chase is our second commitment to Salem State and there is no better fit. He will be a very good college player and should be an immediate asset to Salem’s team and campus. I am looking forward to watching Chase continue his growth at Salem State.”
